Mooji (born 1954) is a Jamaican spiritual teacher of Advaita Vedanta, based in the UK and Portugal.

Born Anthony Paul Moo-Young, he became a disciple of Papaji in India, which deeply influenced his spiritual teachings and direction.

Mooji gives talks (satsang) and conducts retreats, emphasizing self-inquiry and direct experience of consciousness. His approach is known for its simplicity and directness, inviting seekers to discover their true nature.
